Cahuita National Park is home to one of the richest coral reefs on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. During this guided snorkeling excursion, you will explore a protected coral reef with areas reserved for underwater observation. You will encounter a wide variety of tropical fish and well-developed coral structures such as brain corals, elkhorn corals, and sea fans. Marine life includes French angelfish, queen angelfish, sergeant majors, sea cucumbers, lobsters, and with a bit of luck, sea turtles. The experience includes two snorkeling sessions: one focused on observing fish and marine life, and the second dedicated to corals and reef formations.
